How do I book?
Bookings at Tiona Holiday Park open 3 November 2025 (12 months out) — ring & book directly Monday to Thursday with Tiona using our discount code LISGEY071126 for 10% discount. Spots go fast!

What types of stays are available?
Choose from cabins, glamping tents, caravan sites or camping — all walking distance to the Pavilion.

Is it family- or pet-friendly?
Yes! Families and furry friends are welcome (selected cabins & sites allow pets). Dogs must be kept on lead during ceremony & reception party and for this reason, we are likely to put our dogs in kennels so we can enjoy the weekend.

Do I need transport to the venue?
No — everything’s on-site. You can stroll from your stay straight to the ceremony and reception.

How long should we stay?
Most guests are making a weekend of it — Friday to Sunday / Monday — to enjoy the beach and lake. We will organise activities for the whole weekend and we plan to stay Friday to Monday.

Is there a dress code?
Smart-casual with a coastal twist — whatever you feel comfortable in!

Will the ceremony be outdoors?
Yes, surrounded by palms and lake views. If weather changes, we’ll move inside the Pavilion.

Can we bring kids?
Absolutely. Tiona’s great for families, with open space, playgrounds and calm lake access.

Will food cater for dietary needs?
Yes, just note your requirements when you RSVP.

Food across weekend?
We will provide some food across the weekend related to activities ( TBC later on) and food during the wedding reception from 4 - 11pm on Saturday. As its a campsite, they have fridge facilities and recommend to bring food & drinks. They do have a coffee truck & food van on site.

🚗 Travel & Logistics

How do we get there?
Tiona is around 3.5 hours north of Sydney or 15 minutes south of Forster.

Is there parking at the venue?
Yes — free on-site parking at Tiona Holiday Park.

Do I need cash?
Most services take card, but a little cash is handy for local coffee and market stalls.

🌿 Weekend Extras

What else can we do nearby?
Swim at Seven Mile Beach, paddle on Wallis Lake, or hike Booti Booti National Park.

Is there food or coffee nearby?
Yes — the Beach House Café (on-site) and nearby Pacific Palms cafés have you covered.
